Data centers and computer room cabinets have high requirements for power supply stability, continuity and safety. Slight voltage fluctuation, current overload or abnormal power failure may cause server downtime, data loss and huge economic losses. Traditional computer room power management is relatively extensive, lacking real-time refined monitoring of each cabinet and each circuit, and hidden dangers cannot be warned in time.

Project Highlights & Solution
Aiming at the compact space of data center cabinets, we adopt ultra-thin DIN rail mounted power monitoring devices, which are easy to install inside PDU distribution boxes and cabinet power distribution units without occupying cabinet equipment space. Each cabinet and each independent circuit is equipped with independent monitoring meters to realize full coverage of power data monitoring.
The equipment monitors key parameters such as real-time voltage, current, power, power factor and temperature of the cabinet power supply in real time. Once overload, overvoltage, undervoltage or abnormal power fluctuation occurs, the system will immediately trigger an alarm and record abnormal data. All information is uploaded to the computer room monitoring platform in real time, realizing unattended intelligent early warning and remote real-time viewing.
