This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all B2B orders from Rehemeter at https://rehemeter.com.

1. Quotation Term
Unless otherwise written on Proforma Invoice (PI), our default quotation basis is EXW (Ex Works) our factory. This means buyer takes full responsibility for all freight cost, insurance, export formalities arrangement and onward transportation.
We can also offer FOB terms for selected Chinese seaports upon request. All ocean freight, destination port charges, import duty and local VAT are for buyer’s account.

2. Lead Time
- Sample order lead‑time: 3‑7 working days upon receipt of deposit payment
- Bulk production order lead‑time: to be confirmed case‑by‑case in Proforma Invoice, depends on order quantity and stock status.
All lead‑times are estimated and for reference only, not legally binding unless specially agreed in written contract.

3. Shipping Methods
Buyer may select shipping method including international express, air freight or sea freight. We can assist you to arrange forwarder upon your request, but freight risk and cost belongs to buyer.

4. Import Duty & Customs
**All import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees at destination country shall be fully borne by the buyer.**
Buyer is responsible for complying with local import regulation, certification requirements and customs clearance procedure for our imported products. We cannot predict or cover any destination‑country tax expense.

5. Shipment Damage & Loss
Please inspect goods immediately upon receiving cargo. If outer package shows obvious damage, you must file claim with local carrier at once.
For goods lost or damaged during transit, claim shall be raised against shipping carrier or buyer‑arranged insurance.

6. Delivery Delay
We will make reasonable effort to follow estimated lead‑time. We shall not be liable for delay caused by force majeure events: natural disaster, port congestion, international logistics disruption, government restriction, supplier component shortage or other circumstances out of our reasonable control.
