Project Highlights & Solution
We adopt modular DIN rail meter deployment to install independent metering devices for different floors, functional areas, merchant shops and office units. The compact rail-mounted structure is suitable for dense installation in building weak-current boxes and distribution cabinets, with simple wiring and convenient later maintenance and replacement.
The system accurately counts the power consumption of air conditioning systems, lighting systems, elevator equipment and tenant independent circuits, realizing automatic billing and data traceability. The background supports long-term data trend analysis, helping property managers judge unreasonable energy consumption habits of buildings, optimize equipment operation time, and reduce invalid energy consumption. At the same time, the real-time abnormal power consumption alarm function can effectively prevent electrical safety hazards such as circuit overload and leakage.
