Project Overview
This industrial power distribution monitoring project serves large-scale manufacturing factories and industrial park power distribution rooms. Traditional industrial power systems face common pain points including messy circuit data, inability to monitor branch load in real time, manual meter reading errors, and difficulty in early warning of overload and voltage anomalies. To solve these problems, our company provides a full set of DIN rail multi-function power monitoring meter solutions to realize refined digital management of factory power distribution cabinets.
Applied Products
DIN rail multi-function power meters, industrial-grade high-precision voltage and current monitoring devices, Modbus RTU remote transmission meters.
Project Highlights & Solution
We installed dedicated DIN rail power meters on each branch circuit of the factory’s low-voltage distribution cabinet. All devices adopt standard 35mm rail mounting, which saves cabinet space and facilitates rapid on-site deployment. The system can monitor real-time voltage, current, active/reactive power, power factor, load rate, and total power consumption of each circuit 24/7. Through RS485 communication, all data is uploaded to the industrial energy management platform, realizing remote centralized monitoring, automatic data recording, and intelligent load analysis.
The equipment features strong anti-interference performance and wide temperature adaptation from -30℃ to +70℃, which can stably adapt to complex industrial environments such as high electromagnetic interference, high temperature, and long-term continuous operation. Built-in over-current, over-voltage and under-voltage protection functions effectively avoid equipment burnout and circuit failure caused by abnormal power grid fluctuations.
Project Effect
After the system was put into operation, the factory realized unmanned real-time monitoring of power distribution circuits. The manual meter reading cost was reduced by more than 90%, the circuit fault response speed was improved significantly, and the overall industrial power consumption efficiency increased by 12%. It provides accurate data support for factory load scheduling, equipment maintenance and safe power consumption management.
